Clear boundaries for practice information.

What we collect

• Assessment and tool data: Answers you provide in our assessment tools, journey check, and calculator. This includes practice type, business details, and self-reported operational information.
• Contact information: Name, practice name, email, website, and phone when you submit a form requesting a report or conversation.
• Analytics data: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on site, device type, approximate location by country/region). This data is anonymised and aggregated.
• Form submissions: Data you submit through forms is stored in Supabase, a hosted database service. This includes assessment answers, contact details, and conversation requests.

What we do not collect

• Patient health information: Do not submit patient names, medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, insurance claims, or any protected health information (PHI).
• System access: We do not connect to your practice management system (PMS), electronic health records (EHR), clinical systems, or billing systems.
• Payment information: We do not currently collect payment information through this site.

How review pages work

Private review pages (URLs like /review/[slug]) contain observations based only on publicly visible information: your website, Google Business Profile, and other public listings. We do not request or access any patient data, internal systems, or private information to create these reviews.

Review pages are marked noindex and are not included in search engine results or our sitemap.

How information is used

• To generate the analysis, reports, or tools you request.
• To improve our tools and understand common practice challenges.
• To respond when you request a conversation or review.
• To conduct research on practice operations — published only when the data supports responsible, anonymised reporting.

Third-party services

• Google Analytics: For anonymised site usage analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: For storing form submissions and assessment data. Data is hosted in Supabase's infrastructure.

Data retention and deletion

We retain data as long as needed to provide our services and for research purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will delete or anonymise your information within a reasonable timeframe.
